Gym Sessions

For those looking to maximise their training, TRG Fitness in Chessington is a fantastic 24hr facility with a variety of machines, free weights, cardio and boxing equipment. Sessions here require no additional membership or entry fees. For pricing options, see below.

Home/Park Visits

If you find the gym intimidating or struggle to find time to travel, I also offer home/park visits. I can bring a multitude of equipment with me including a barbell, weight plates, dumbbells, a pull up/dip bar, boxing pads, exercise mat and much more.  For pricing options, see below.

Online Programming

For anyone with a very busy schedule or if you live a long way from myself or the gym, you can always try online programming. My programs account for your goals, available equipment, number of training days and also include unlimited email/phone contact with myself, additional information regarding how to optimise your programme, nutritional basics and an extensive exercise video library.
