I offer multiple packages to fit to client's schedules. These packages range from in person sessions to online programming. Please have a look at which packages might suit you. If you would like any further information regarding pricing and scheduling, please feel free to get in touch!

Home Sessions

If you have space at home or in the garden, I can bring the gym to you! 


I can bring free weights (barbells and dumbbells), pull up/dip bars, cable pulleys, resistance bands and boxing pads/gloves.


I also provide a large cover for when the weather is rainy or extremely hot.

Park Sessions

If you have a park or green space nearby, I can set up my equipment there for you.

Online Programming

For anyone with a busier schedule or if you live further away you can always take advantage of my online programming.


My programmes account for your goals, available equipment, number of weekly sessions and also include unlimited email/phone contact with myself.
